Ask the technician because you can’t find it easily but if your phone is still under warranty you might need to take it to Fero mobile services center

The technician tested it with a machine and discovered it was the mother board. Its still under warranty.
But I doubt the seal is still there

Sorry for that, but I still don’t understand how Fero could take your N30, from your airtime or from your bank account? My advice is to call your network operator (MTN, GLO, AITEL or 9MOBILE) and ask them why your N30 is being debited.

Please take your phone to any experienced phone operator to help you deactivate such notification or even format the phone for you

Fero never prepared to support and maintain the phones they dumped on us.
I bought Fero phones twice and Fero “NoService” centre could not do jack when I approached them for repairs.
