Jumia is offering you this Galaxy A01 Plus Free 16GB Memory Card at the rate of ₦34,990 which I don’t know how long it will last.
Samsung Galaxy A01 is surely not among the high-end Android smartphone that has been released by Samsung this year but outside the fingerprint sensor which is missing, you will see every other basic feature needed in a smartphone.
Display & Design
Despite the low price tag, Galaxy A01 still followed the trend of the bigger the better, with 5.7 inches HD+ display you will surely enjoy the best visual experience. Moreover, the Infinity-V display does not only beautify the phone but as well gives room for the front camera.
Thinking about the design. Galaxy A01 is designed with TFT capacitive touchscreen glass in the front, plastic back, and plastic frame. The screen resolution is 720 x 1520 pixels, 19:9 ratio and 146.2 x 70.9 x 8.3 mm dimension.
Operating system & Processor
Galaxy A01 allows you to see what’s new as it comes with the latest Android 10.0 operating system with amazing features which includes.
- Smart Reply in all messaging apps
- Enhanced location and privacy tools
- Incognito mode for Google Maps
- Focus mode
- Live Caption
- New parental controls
- Edge-to-edge gestures, etc.
The phone, on the other hand, is powered by an Octa-core 2GHz, 1.45GHz processor CPU Speed optimized to deliver excellent performance and stability.
Just the price suggests, Galaxy A01 offers 2GB random access memory (RAM) and 16GB read-only memory (ROM) which is not bad for the money. The good news is that it supports external SD card up to 512GB (you will get free 16GB memory card when you buy from Jumia Nigeria)
Samsung Galaxy A01 doesn’t offer you the best camera quality but something sustainable, with, 13 MP + 2 MP dual rear camera and 5 MP front camera you will surely be able to capture some important moment that matters to you.
Galaxy A01 is powered by a 3000 mAh non-removable battery which is not the strongest but not bad for the price. A 3000 mAh battery can keep you connected all day long with the help of some battery management features seen in most recent Android OS powered smartphones.
4G LTE network
Whether a smartphone is 4G enabled or not is one of the first things I consider before buying a smartphone because I value fast data connection a lot but with this phone, you have nothing to worry about as it supports MTN, GLO, AIRTEL, and 9MOBILE 4G LTE network
